Brief
Legion is a new FX Original series inspired by the Marvel X-Men character of the same name. The pilot introduces the story of David Haller who, diagnosed as schizophrenic, he has been in and out of psychiatric hospitals for years. He has strange encounter with a fellow patient, Syd Barrett, a pyro-kinetic who has the power to absorb the abilities of anyone she touches. Their shared outsider experience creates a deep, emotional connection between them, and by virtue of her powers they are able to truly know and understand one another. They fall in love. This story is about their journey together.
GOAL
Create a campaign that is utterly unique, tonally distinctive and visually indelible. It must distinguish itself in both message and aesthetics. Rather than Marvel or comic fans alone, we are targeting a broad audience of people who crave smart, well-crafted, outside-the-box dramas.

The show is filtered through the observational humor of “Louie.” Each episode puts a spotlight on “Louie’s” hectic life as a stand-up comedian and single father who shares custody of his two daughters,
GOAL
Louie face tells you everything you need to know about what he’s thinking, how he’s feeling. This concept shows duality between his facial expressions and the expressions of New York City
The treatment is simple and uncluttered.
The black and white imagery and spare gives the feel of independent cinema. It’s a classy, sophisticated approach that works well with both the dark humor and intense realism of Louie.
